At LiberNovo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
